What is included in the room amenities charge?
The room amenities charge generally includes all or some of the following: room setup/teardown, ivory linen service, staging, use of outdoor area, coffee, free parking, preprinted maps, standard audio/visual equipment, audio/visual technician and VHS or DVD recording of the event.
How many people can the facility seat for dinner?
The Pinnacle Center can seat as many as 800 people for dinner, but the facility can be divided into smaller spaces to accommodate various size groups.
How far is The Pinnacle Center from downtown Grand Rapids?
The Pinnacle Center is 14 miles west of downtown Grand Rapids, conveniently located just off I-196. Also, The Pinnacle Center always offers free parking to all guests.
Can I bring in my own caterer?
Outside catering is not permissible as The Pinnacle Center has exclusive arrangements with Two Chefs, Inc., a company owned and operated by an award-winning chef. Outside services may be used for wedding cakes.
Can I serve alcohol at my event?
Alcohol can be served at your event. The Pinnacle Center offers alcoholic beverage service in accordance to all state and local regulations.
