We offer a wide range of food and beverage choices to accommodate any size or type of gathering. And our professional staff can create a personalized menu to give your event a unique touch. Two Chefs

The Pinnacle Center is pleased to have Tim and Sherry Fellows, owners of Two Chefs, Inc., as our food and beverage service providers. As executive chef, Tim oversees all menu development, food purchasing and preparation. He is a nationally acclaimed chef whose awards include being named Chef of the Year by the American Culinary Federation in 1999. Sherry leads the service team for Two Chefs. Her diverse background has ranged from frontline server to restaurant management. This extensive training has allowed her to develop a system for managing each event with grand success. Tim and Sherry bring 20 years of food industry experience to our tables.

Breakfast

We offer a wide range of eye-opening breakfast options, including continental, buffet, and sit-down meal. Breakfast is served from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. Monday–Friday.

Lunch

From box to sit-down lunches and three different buffets, you can have lunch exactly the way you want it. Served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. weekdays, with a special menu for both business and social occasions, our lunch options can be customized for any event. Weekend lunch also available.

Dinner

From vegetarians to meat-and-potatoes types, we can please any appetite. For sit-down meals, we offer a wide variety of menus, including 19 entrees. For the buffet-style dinner, we can tailor four different buffet assortments, according to number and type of entrées served. We can also tailor six different stations, including Asian, Cajun, Seafood, Salad, Pasta and Carving. These stations can be added to an existing menu or combined to create a unique feast.

Hors d’oeuvres

Our vast selection of hors d’oeuvres can be served as a stand-alone meal or in addition to dinners. Options include platters, hot and cold á la carte appetizers, and full buffets featuring generous assortments to please all guests.
