What is included in the room amenities charge?

The room amenities charge generally includes all or some of the following: room setup/teardown, music services with DJ, built-in dance floor, ivory linen service, cake cutting and plating, staging, bridal room, use of outdoor area, soft drinks during entertainment, coffee, free parking, preprinted maps, standard audio/visual equipment and VHS or DVD recording of the event.

How many people can the facility seat for dinner?

The Pinnacle Center can seat as many as 800 people for dinner, or can be divided into smaller spaces to accommodate various size groups.

What dates are available?

Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs 90 days prior to the date of your event and if the reserved room can be reserved with another event.

Can I serve alcohol at my event?

Alcohol can be served at your event. The Pinnacle Center offers alcoholic beverage service in accordance to all state and local regulations.

Can I bring in my own caterer?

Outside catering is not permissible as The Pinnacle Center has exclusive arrangements with Two Chefs, Inc., a company owned and operated by an award-winning chef. Outside services may be used for wedding cakes.

Can I choose my own music?

Yes, you can select your music from The Pinnacle Center library of over 300,000 songs, or you can bring your own music to be utilized by our DJ service.

Can I have my ceremony at The Pinnacle Center?

Yes, The Pinnacle Center has two outdoor facilities to choose from that offer a perfect setting for ceremonies.

What do I do if it rains?

Specific rain contingencies are arranged at the time your agreement is signed. These vary by event.
